Aziz started in the Property and Casualty division of Gulf Insurance Company- Kuwait's largest insurer by premium and profits. After obtaining his ACII, he was promoted to the Energy Department, the first of its kind in Kuwait, where he worked directly with reinsurers to set the reinsurance program for Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC) and its sister companies - the largest insurance account in Kuwait.
That position involved surveying and claims settlements of facilities worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and thus involved Aziz with the top surveyors and claims experts in the region. Aziz also has experience in the reinsurance market, where he was involved in the retrocession of Al Fajer Re's outward reinsurance, a position that has given him substantial exposure to the global insurance market. In Al Fajer Re, Aziz also handled the claims side, exposing him to a wide range of large losses, and exposing him to the leading loss adjustors in the region.

Mr. Moath A. ALManayes, C.Eng., ACII, MBAMoath started as a structural engineer in consultancy offices in the United States and Kuwait performing structural analysis, design and investigation of concrete and steel buildings in accordance with international building codes. ALManayes then moved to the banking sector in which he examined, evaluated and underwrote projects application from engineering and construction firms. This position led Moath to the Property and Casualty division of Gulf Insurance Company – Kuwait's largest insurer by premium and profits – as an underwriter, and that position involved developing and underwriting engineering business risks.
After obtaining his ACII and MBA, he was promoted to Research and Development Officer Position that involved formulating risk strategies for all technical departments. ALManayes then moved to co-found an insurance company and manage another before holding the position of co-founder and CEO of Neshami. Moath is a Chartered Engineer and Insurer, and has a wide range of expertise in the Insurance, Risk Management, Banking and Engineering fields.

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Science carries with him more than 13 years of experience in the field of insurance as a surveyor & loss adjuster. Starting his career at Tehran, Iran in 1997 as a claims surveyor of Non-Marine division, Sohail moved to Kuwait in 1999 and joined the largest insurance company in terms of written premium and profits (Gulf Insurance Company).
Having served for a period of 10 plus years in different departments including energy, engineering, fire & general accident, marine cargo and hull, eventually made him well versed in various aspects of surveying. Sohail is the only surveyor in Kuwait with international academic qualifications related to surveying. Sohail has also attended various technical courses in the field of claims handling, organized by the leading institutions in their respective fields.
Mr. Mohammadi is appointed by the Kuwait Maritime & Mercantile Co. (Lloyd’s Agent in Kuwait) as their Loss Adjuster to handle Engineering, Marine (cargo and hull) and other claims related to Non-Marine Class of business.
